actually I heard that believing stories you read in the DAILY MAIL can actualy shorten your lifespan by about 10 years!!
Come on this is the same paper ran internet horror stories for years before finally giving up and getting a website in about 2003:

They slag off everything thats even slightly hippyish or left wing its just like them to jump on anything that says vitamins are bad!
