Now, from my personal experience yeah ND is ok but BB? just cos you see many webmasters submitting their galleries to your mgp doesn't mean they are all making crazy money on the other hand, I see many RC galleries get submitted too even at $25 CF
CF is $25 and CF is what most tgp/mgpers care about today.
