It's a simple misdemeanor but it stays on my record forever! This is why I am using the appeal process so that I can have it taken off. I very confident that I will win the appeal or I wouldn't appeal it in the first place. Again it was a local judge that is friends with everyone involved in the case and she did not want to rock the boat. Once the big boys get it they are only going to care about the facts not anyone feelings. Melissa
