It's not that I'm responsible for what these people do with my themes, it's the heat that comes from people who get spammed with a blog that uses my theme, and automatically assume I am the owner due to the copyright links.

It works fine just explaining that to some of these guys. But recently it has become out of control with dozens of hate mails daily and yesterday I was contacted by a lawyer. It's a massive annoyance that costs me time and money every single day, and I have had enough of it.

Spanno, I have never recieved a request for a phishing site layout, nor would I ever do one or anything of that nature.

Spamming MySpace is one thing, it's your life, but when you disregard my NUMEROUS messages to stop or remove the copyright link, then it's just idiocy and disrespect. The fact that I have to deal with the consequences of these peoples' dubious acts is ridiculous, and it's going to stop one way or another.
