A honest working rep. want to help you, and this is how you talk to him? Are you 16 years old or just retarded? You have no place in this business (you are aware its a business - right?) and I hope Epass permanently closes your account. They have a 24/7 free phone line + a supportmail they answer fast. What in Gods name make you think posting on a webmaster board with ridiculous claims would help your current situation?
