I argue cases based on facts and the law. They are going to find out exactly what my arguements are when I file the Complaint anyway. I dont need the element of surprise to win.

In most cases, this one will be no exception, I do my own lawyering. So the only thing I'll be out is some toner, paper, filing fees and a process server fee.
