One example I can think of it when Sharon was in the US meeting with Bush about the controversial fence they were building. Bush was meant to pressure him on that very day on the issue and than bang, a bomb goes off in a cafe killing many. I bet Sharon was happy to hear about it as the issue was all but dropped.
