I'm not sure what satisfactory alternative there is, but it would be excellent if NATS could come up with something (security question maybe?). With more hope than expectation I just filled in another support form. If it goes ignored too, it will be the fifth in the past 7 or 10 days...

Until NATS addresses the issue, you may want to contact the program managers directly. Those of us with admin access to our NATS programs can take care of you no problem.
