RealPeachez.com is the newest site, started about a year ago. You can promote it through SexStuffSells.com. As for what happened with Peachez18.com...I have no idea. The new site is hot as hell though, and converts like crazy.
Now that I've sold all my sites, I don't mind telling this. Look for any of my posts where I talk about a site that converts at 1:72(+/-) for me...it was RealPeachez.com
