It is freaky to hear about such repressed people in such an uptight community, especially when it's so close. You might expect something like that in some foriegn shithole half a world away but not in Canada or the US. Yet it obviously does happen.
Here in Winnipeg I can go into just about any bar on any day of the week and see peelers taking it ALL off... none of this pasties shit. But is the moral fibre of our community any less than that of Lincoln Neb? I'll stack up our low crime rate against theirs any day.
It's like cops and those in the legal system in Nebraska don't mind seeing the tits but they have an irrational fear of anyone seeing someone else's nipple. What did the nipple ever do to make them want to have people arrested?
Maybe the authorities in Lincoln aren't getting enough fibre in their diets. They sound like they're a little bunged up.
