I have beaten the hell out of this thing, and it still works like new. I have literally saved dozens if not hundreds of hours not dealing with computer problems. Oh yeah, and I can run every windows program, and windows itself. Best $8,000 I've ever spent in my life, BY FAR.
So, basically, keep finding stupid, insignificant articles like that, to make yourself feel less stupid for being stuck on a cheap PC. I'll sit here laughing the next time you have to upgrade.

That excuse doesn't hold up. Out of all the hackers, all the viruses, you're telling me not ONE of these guys has decided to go after Macs? Even after Mac users consistently act arrogant about how safe they are? You have to be kidding me. These "script kiddies" or whatever the fuck would love to take down these supercilious mac owners. Tell me why POWER USERS still prefer a pc? Cost vs performace as well as the fact they have complete control over their system and hardware and aren't bombarded with idiotic "widgets". Mac is an expensive crutch to stupidity. Mind you they have good pieces of hardware, but not as expandable until just recently.
You're also too stupid to own a computer.
I only have to upgrade every 3 years. I crash maybe once a year. Last time my PC froze up was literally over a year ago. Regular minimal maintenance keeps a PC running smooth. It's morons who mess around with poorly coded applications that end up corrupting their windows operating systems. I abuse my system badly.. I have melted motherboards and CPU's in my time from the abuse I give systems. I'm still going strong 8 months into my last upgrade. Solid as day one. It will remain that way until I retire this thing aboyt 28 months from now. Bonus is, I only paid 600 for the damn thing because I built it myself and shopped smart.
Now.. lets say you want to blame windows for your computing issues in the past. That does not make a MAC better. It only makes the MAC OS better for YOU because you are too computer illiterate and lazy to configure a good install on a PC. Lets say it's windows that is the hinderance. In many ways it is, due to the applications that are built for the thing being coded poorly and relying on OLD MS technology from operating systems way back.. so blame the developpers and the user for instability. Ok, so that doesn't help anyone to know that fact, it's still an issue for some to keep a windows OS running smooth. All the windows OS glitches have workarounds. Seek them out.
Or go to Linux. I've ran a few 'nix boxes, I didnt really care too muhc for the interfaces. So I went back to windows and customized and streamlines my os.
the mac os is based off unix. So what's making the MAC better than the PC? Nothing but status.
People who insult people in saying they "can't afford a mac" being the only reason they are against MACS is like saying that people don't buy $250 bottled water because they cant afford it. it's just stupid, can get the same performance out of something much much much cheaper if you just get that dreamer logic out of your heads....
