Yes I am suing them and the lawsuit is almost done. I never said I thought I would win but for me just getting it to court is a victory. As for the appeal it gets filed Monday and I will take it all the way to the Nebraska Supreme Court if I need to and my lawyers have all but assured me in time it will all be dropped because there is no case the local judge just didn't want to rock the boat, it may take a year or two but in the end I will come out on top. I am not just some dumb girl I make a lot of money and know what I am doing! Melissa
