I am not quite sure what you mean by 'no data from sales' - Every single transaction is available real time in reports, by date, by product, by 'reseller' etc?
Also there are options whether you wish to be notified upon EACH sale, aggregated daily or weekly (or not at all)

There is a REFUND option in the public area of the site - Main Menu - Request Refund.
