Best way to hack hotmail is to create an official looking address [email protected] or something and then send emails to your targets telling them that hotmail is purging their excessive users due to 30,000 new sign ons a day which is filling up their servers and they need confirmation that your account is still active blah blah. Indicate password is needed to stop spamming lists from registering thousands of accounts but say you can reset it after they receive a confirmation email. Make it look as official as you can and you'll be amazed at how many n00bz fall for it.
Another way is if they use msn to send them this file found here: (in tutorials, hacking hotmail) which is a mini trojan that will send you the victims password. Of course they gotta accept it which will be made much easier if they think you are a 16 year old swedish chick just arrived in the same city.
