That's actually mild compared to pics I've seen out of China from the animal welfare groups I support.

Usually to tenderize the dog meat instead of slaughtering the dog quickly they hang it from a wire rope and then beat it slowly with a baseball bat to break all the bones so the dog is in total agony and pain for about 30 minutes before it dies.

They also blowtorch them to death.

They also will stick them all over with a knife.

They also skin dogs and cats alive without killing them first. Just slice their hide open and then start pulling it off of them.

The believe the adrenaline and shock reaction makes the meat more tender.

Besides, medical and military lab experiment pics, which are beyond horrendous in every country, the asian animal abuse pics are the worst you'll see.

Besides the public awareness campaigns, there isn't really a way to effectively stop the abuse.
