Its really not an issue with the average weekly update for each site. But when we are launching a new site and uploading all the root galleries than its ussually a 2-3 day dump.

No sweat, we have a 7Mbps upload here at the house so everything uploads more than fast enough. We do save the larger files for overnight though.
