If you don't have a fixed or minimum CPC then you are NOT being paid per click! You're being tricked. They're paying you per action (which is what the original poster said they did NOT want). They're just calculating what the CPC would have been at each time.

It's like in the advertising world where they say they pay publishers on a CPM basis. But it's variable CPM... so it's FAKE CPM... and thus NOT CPM at all. They're just trying to fool you.
