Yes and no.
Regarding video:
We do have high res DVD quality versions of our movies at
www.homegrownvideo.com and on our VOD system at
www.homegrownstore.com.
True hi def is pretty much ahead of the market still at this point... and most of the people claiming to be true hi-def are not. However, we are now preparing for that eventuality by encoding at the true hi-res bitrates.
Regarding hi-res pix:
We are putting up all our pic sets now at top resolution but keep in mind that so much of our content is true amateur and is not professionally shot at top resolution with good lighting etc. We just do the best with what we have to work with.
We are considering putting all our highest def video and best resolution pics in one site but that won't be available for a few months. Keep in mind one of the reasons we have such high retention on Homegrown is that we offer something for everyone and at a variety of quality levels so everyone can view and enjoy.
