When I cut up mpegs using Premiere 6 is makes the mpegs 320x240 and I cant change this setting. If I can I dont know how to change it.
I go to project settings/ capture/ vfw settings/ video format / and change the resolution to 176x144, but the video output is still 320x240.
I want to make it so the mpegs are smaller so they use up less bandwith but are still clear.
Check out the mpegs in this gallery

Theyre small, but can run longer because the file sizes are small.
I could save them as wmv files which makes the file sizes very small, but then theyre blurry.
