Now using logic, what is the most likely event here? That a building that suffered slight damage and burned for a mere 7 hours fell to the ground, considering other buildings have suffered greater damage and burned for over a day and STILL structurally sound, or that it was otherwise setup in such a way to be taken down by a controlled group.
