Being a dominant military force, they can kill their opponents without having to resort to suicide attacks. Still, more Palestinian civilians (and Lebanese, now) get killed than Israeli civilians.
It's the "killing civilians" part of terrorism that makes it bad, right? Well, Israel does more of that than their opponents do. It just isn't called "terrorism".
