I have to agree with this. If your going to have a WAR then at that point I don't truly believe there are civilians at that point. I hate to say it, but getting into the war in the first place removes any and all protection for ANYTHING living on either side. Why are people so shocked if a child gets in the way, or a woman, or a anything else for that matter. They are TRYING to kill each other, like they really care it's size, age or gender.
