Redbull rocks
damn stuff has 80 mg caffine in it about the same as a cup of coffee which when brewed has between 80 and 135 mg caffine. I don't usually drink coffee, so I get a bit of a buzz from it.
The 1000mg of Taurine helps your body regulate its temp, not get to cold or to hot.
in summer I sweat like niagra falls so drinking a few cans of redbull daily helps me not sweat as much and for some reason it helps keep the inflamation in my neck muscle tissue down, hence less pain = more work
other than that Redbull is really nothing special
