I have read your post and understand why you think what you do, however such records do not apply to webmasters who do not create such adult materials... Its only for those who create the pictures and or movies and the companies who are marketing such materials; this is not for the associate programs {these are third parties and are not responsible for such records keeping, however on the companies websites with adult content that is hosting adult associate programs are the ones who must have all records in order.} Double check your law... Don't give up!
