There is a time to do things SG, but not sure that is necessarily right now. If it starts messing with stuff which is fundamental to earning capacity - then maybe worth considering, - it is a major decision and some hassle.
The *only* way to dump it is not fall under US legislation. If a webmaster is a US citizen, the first stage of not being in a position where US law applies, is changing citizenship. Until that is done, irrespective where they live - they are still subject to US laws - and will be chased the world over for not only any possible offenses, but also taxation. Once "outside" - it's a totally different story and little problems - there are no other countries (least in the western world) that has the current degree of adult-related legal obligations. Most have their own laws where it is up to law enforcement to prove in a court either guilt or innocence and no need for "record-keeping".
It's sure not a good environment, especially right now for "adult", but there is still time to see what courts decide on this stuff in real life.
