Haha ok here's how I see it. You're obviously reflecting on the past a bit and you have some curiosity issues there. When you met for lunch, it was already inappropriate. Anything that his wife would disapprove of if she was sitting there watching is inappropriate. If you were exchanging giggles, little inside jokes, fond memories and even the slightest of flirtation, you already crossed the line.
So what to do next? If you keep the upper hand, I say go for it. Have some drinks. Get him in the sack if you wish. Maybe just go make out. But whatever you do walk away afterwards! Fill your little need and hit the road. And don't believe for one second that he hasn't done this before or that he won't do it in the future. If someone has the balls to fuck around on their pregnant wife, they are a piece of shit, plain and simple.
It's not your problem. In fact, maybe you'll get caught and she'll sue his ass off and leave him. You're doing her a favor. She'll just be able to find someone else and have a happy life with a man who adores her that much sooner.
