Here are the emails that I have sent them in response to the ones they have sent me.... I think I would have made it VERY clear by now. But they are STILL processing the rebills...

What's happing with current rebills? Are you processing them? If so, Are you sending out payment on them or is Ibill. If you are processing the current rebills, then you should not need information that I have already provided to Ibill when the account was openned. You have my banking information already on file in order to send my payment. Also, If I don't want to provide all the info your asking for, and not continue with any new processing, how does that effect my rebills. You have to understand that Ibill currently owes me well over 10 thousand dollars. And I'm not going to do any new processing with any company working with them. If All my past due accounts with Ibill are settled then and only then could we even talk about new processing.

Still, we not interested in your service. We have plenty of processing with other 3rd party billing companies which are doing just fine and in addition, provide the kind of support we would expect from a processor commanding the type of fee's that 3rd party processors require. The support from Both Ibill in the past, AND your company Etelgate, has not even come close to meet those demands. Instead, when we do actually reach support, we are told that we can not be helped and to contact the other party. We have send out emails to all of our customers which unfortunately used Ibill or any services by Ibill, informing them of our separation from Ibill and/or any other party acting in their behalf and are manually removing their access to our sites since we have been unable to receive any support on this matter. Personally, with what we have gone though in being one of the few who stood by Ibill these last 2 years hoping for a resolution to the issues currently in front of us, at this point we could care less what happens to Ibill or any company bedding with them. We find the actions Ibill has taken to be criminal, and have shared 100% of our information pertaining to the dept and transactions owed to us by Ibill, including all correspondence past between Ibills representaves and us, directly to the Florida District Attorneys Office and hope to see those responsible behind bars.

Untill past payment of money owed by Ibill is secured, there will be no further processing allowed by Ibill or any partners working with Ibill. This includes your company. I have NOT authorized the transfer of the old accounts to your company. I have NOT authorized any billing, of any sort, including rebilling of any account that was generated by Ibill processing with your company. Ibills links, have been pulled from my sites and all members with Ibill accounts have been mailed on this. If your processing any rebills from Ibill on any account that is spose to be going to my websites, then you are doing so illegally.
I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Center on this and will be working with them to provide them with all information I have pertaining this travisty.
