20D vs 30D = D70 vs D70s - just a bigger LCD, useless 1/3 ISO settings and ISO in the viewfinder (visible only when u change it). A bit larger buffer but nothing big.
5D has almost 13mp but it costs 3000$ and has a fullframe senzor (twice the size of 20D)
