His daughter needed a house to live in close to school, so he bought 2 (200k) condo's next to each other, tore down the wall between them and made it on huge party house... its the closest to school possible too, right outside the property, closer then some residence buildings heh

I wasn't doubting what YOU said by the way - just what you have been told as far as actual dollar figure.
Still - if he is worth that much - he would be (or should be) on forbes list. I would check it out if I were you - or let us know his name. Some one could live like that for a while on a lot less than 6 billion. 6 billion is the market cap of that whole company - so I doubt it would be that high (at least now).
People that blow money like that are just crazy.
