My condolences... I never know what to say to someone about that
I've never had a problem with epassporte but because of all these threads I use that card for nothing but pulling my money out of ATM IMMEDIATELY. I don't want to say I don't trust them but a company is the sum of it's parts and if support sucks then the company as a whole sucks.
