Kind of a dumbly-worded ad on that poster, as any guy of any age can give a girl AIDS.
And... any girl of any age can do the same to a guy.
However there's a common misconception out there that old people are far less likely to have or contract AIDS, which simply isn't true. A lot of old people back in the 80's and 90's had blood transfusions during surgery, and a lot of donated blood back then was infected and not discovered.
Many older people got it that way.
But that ad seems to imply that it's okay and better to have sex with people your own age, which it is widely known that teens spread AIDS to other teens quite regularly too.
