Ycaza - Nice! Glad to see you step into the thread.
This thread is like opening a can of worms, but what the heck, my intentions are good and all I care about is providing good customer service and networking.
In the end, sure, everyone can poke at me for starting this thread, but hell, any negative remarks simply help me teach my staff better things to do with situations. All companies have situations. We havent had any that would hurt us any more than any other hosting company.
So for your comments above everyone, appreciated even if I bitch back. :-)
