1. Netbilling themselves don't "sell" any merchant accounts (i think). They will help you get set up though.
2. Netbilling has no affiliate program for webmasters. If you want afflliates to promote your site you gotta use some sales tracking software & cut your own checks.
By the way, Does globill or ACbill will accept me if i do not have any merchant account? (Adult sites are illegal in some of Asian Countries.)
Both Globill and ACPAY do nor need any merchant accounts not do you need any corporate US presence with them (as of now). According to ACPAY, they will also allow check processing in the near future (currently, they only do Visa & MC)
