fuck prosper. Been trying to get my account activated there for 6 weeks. First I couldn't get activated from signing up online, so i had to fax my license. 2 weeks later i finally get a reply saying they cant read it. So i scan it and email to them. Two weeks after that I call to see what is taking so long, and i get the " it should be approved in a few days". So then i call Monday and they tell me I will be approved today. I never hear back from them. I sent them assholes all my personal info, SS#, copy of my license.
and they can't even keep the dates they tell me that my account will be setup muchless could i get an email update of what was happening.
All of this bullshit and I want to LEND money, not borrow. I was about to pump 20 - 30K into that site. fucking assholes.
Anyone know a similar type peer to peer lending. Great idea, fuck credit card companies and payday loans, I love to take them out of the middle. Too bad prosper's customer service is not worth a shit.
