He smashed into the parked car head on.... he was fully loaded, driving drunk. He had the dog in the car with him.
He hit so hard that he popped his back tire off, breaking the wheel drum in half (you can see it in the road in the last couple pics on page 2).
Anyway, when he opened his door, his dog jumped out and ran away... wouldn't go near him. Finally he gave up, got back in his car and drove off on 3 tires. You can see sparks flying out the back of his car in the pics of him driving away. He also drove up onto the curb when he left.
In one of the pics (where he was chasing his dog), you can see the bottle of Southern Comfort in his passenger seat.
