If you ever have any future problems, just email [email protected], it'll open a support ticket and we'll respond to you quickly. DirectAdmin is pretty easy to use, and they have a full site dedicated to explaining all the features of it: http://www.site-helper.com.

If you can't figure it out, we can take care of any tasks you require, for you. Just have to let us know. Myself and our other support are far too busy answering tickets all day to surf GFY all day looking for support threads.
