If the US Secret Service or any other purported intelligence services paid the slighest attention to a 64 year old Nobel Peace Prize winner who is highlighting major international/global problems (including Bush) - they need more in-house shrink visits and a lockdown.
Nobody cares about US laws - what kinda of society generates laws specifically to cover the presidents ass while freely engaging in assassination, deception and torture elsewhere? That is nornally reserved for dictatorships where the dictators were trained by the US at the "School of Americas".
