as far as the mexico/hollywood example , its a bit slanted as lebanon didnt rocket attack hollywood , an armed gang did.. so lets use a more realistic example.. if the hells angels in canada bombed boston , would the u.s. military start bombing civilian cities ? and i highly doubt they would , there would be a diplomatic solution . either way u.s.a. couldnt invade canada , canada has been mass producing chemical and biological weapons for the last 50 years , any attack on canada would bring the immediate demise of both canada and ther u.s. population
