I used to work for a website years ago that had 100% of it's content coming in from amateurs or swingers who would send in their pictures and maybe their anon e mail addresses for posting on the site. It was really up to me if i posted the pictures or not. Basically if they said they were over 18 they went up and I never saw any that appeared to be under age, but still, there was no proof past what they told me.

I thought after all this 2257 stuff came up those sites would be a thing of the past but they are not.

If someone knows how they can continue to do business with absolutely no documentation I am curious as hell as to how they do it!

wouldn't billing companies have issue with this as well?
