As for the sale of blogs, it's tough. The issue is that anyone taking over the blog will have to go through and change out every single affiliate link on the site which can be quite a task in itself. So you're really paying more for the domain and value of it instead of the content and what's on the site. |
If his sites are running on wordpress or any other mysql database base it shouldn't be that hard to change IDs. Have the seller make a list of every affiliate ID they've used. Shouldn't take that long, just visit every sponsor and copy/paste. Export your database, do a text find/replace for each ID and you're good to go.
