My neighbor 3 doors down knocks on the door - he's warring with his wife.

they are getting a divorse - well they lived together for 18 years - no marriage. They can't decide how to split up the house and even though are seperating are still living together for a few months - it hasn't been pretty

now Jman was on a date and came home - had a LITTLE too much sake - can happen to anyone with sake - so this is gona get good.

the house is both of their names - so Jman just bought out my neighbor's share for $1. Yes i said that right. He's now on his way over to introduce himself as her new roommate - he's never met her before. He's got paperwork to show he's now a 1/2 owner of the house.

I can wait to hear what will happen.
