For stills, well there are many ways you can go around doing it.
1 - The good old take a picture of your screen with a digicam
2 - RIP the files from the DVD, bring it into your editing program and select which frames you want to grab (most programs will offer you a GRAB FRAME option)
3 - RIP the files and bring them into an automated program such as Arles Web Image Creator, Videocharge or whatever (there is ALOT of them out there). But usually the quality of the images might not be that great (sometimes the program will grab a frame thats blurry due to motion or whatnot).
4 - Hire an outsourced employee to do it for you and let him worry about the logistics
