The guy has a point Brujah - and he's prob stating the most relevant point above all else.
Specifically with reference to Israeli compliance with the 1967 Security Council Resolution 242 - ie the removal of all Israeli forces from occupied territories. If Israel did comply with that resolution, there would be no such thing as, eg Hezbollah etc - they would not have a function.
