That all depends on the customer of course but if you average all the customers out I think its about 6 months. The thing is after six months you are still making money with rev share and you are not with pay per sign up. All depends on if you want more money short term or if you are in this business for the long haul

Think about all those customes that got sent into sites 4 or 5 years ago. If you are getting paid on rev share you could still be getting paid from those sign ups. Just make sure you are using a company that gives you rev share for the life of the client
