How many have seen popular comedians live? I wanted to go see Brian Regan last Friday night but didn't make. Are the shows worth going to or is it just as good seeing them on TV?

Believe it or not, I'm serious because part of me is kicking myself for not going and I'm trying to tell myself that it is ok and I did not miss out on too much.
