Asswipe, I have previously stated that the only effective thing that UN forces do is to hand out aid packages. There has been UN forces in Lebanon for the past several years and they along with the Lebanonese Government/Military were supposed to have enforced UN Resolution 1559. but as usual the UN forces failed to follow up on their mandate. UN negotiaters are just as effective as their forces are.
