CIVIL LAWSUITS DON'T COST ANYTHING!!!

Jesus, most of you are fucking absolute morons! You keep saying that nofx doesn't have enough money for a civil lawsuit...he doesn't fucking need it! You know that "free consultation" that all law firms provide? What that is called is an interview to see if they have a case or not. If they do then they'll foot the bill and take their 33.3% of the loot (minus their modest attorney fees of course). If they don't think you have a case then they'll just tell you that they're too busy to take it and refer you to some other pathetic ambulance chaser.

As far as this situation is concerned; if Jim busts nofx and doesn't do any long term permanent damage then the chance of any civil attorney taking the case with all the facts presented is zero to none.

It is funny how two attention whores get offended when someone crosses the attention getting line. If an anonymous board persona said that my daughter was ugly, stupid, and filmed a 10 person negro gangbang scene with sheep...I'd just laugh it off. If you take shit that is written on boards too personal then you have personal problems outside the board. Who gives a rat's ass what anyone here says. Really.
