In a civil suit nofx's verbal baiting would come into play, unlike a criminal charge where it wouldn't matter so much.
What happened to make this guy bust you up? How much did you get for a broken nose?
I've been charged with assault and it wasn't any big deal but I didn't have the premeditated announcement factor going on.
Would nofx even press charges? It would be funnier than shit seeing the owner of "killpolice.com" crying to the cops.
