BA easily has everything on your list within 15 miles excepting perhaps the international airport which is out of town. But lots of big ass cities have airports out of town, Tokyo Narita for example is 50 miles from Tokyo.
EZE is pretty close to town, isnt it? Still, alot of decent sized towns in the US dont have an international airport yet.
