Most of the world don't own guns because they have no use for them.
Most of the world have never even thought about being in possession of a gun in their daily life.
Please don't make gross assumptions about other nations that guns are "against the law". You never were an international jurist - and never will be.
This type of fact is not dependent of your nations beliefs, but reality.
Instead of nitpicking - try addressing the problem you already have and not attempt to have some expertise over other nations:
